Hi there! I’m Zuzana K., but you can also call me Zuz Kay. I’m an internationally certified teacher of the Law of Attraction and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500) with the Yoga Alliance. This path has been a true adventure, guided by my inner Aries spirit—stubborn yet always driven by my dreams.
I’m here to help you discover your best self. Through my book Joyful Living in 21 Days and holistic practices, I aim to inspire and guide you toward a life of joy, peace, and balance, blending ancient wisdom with modern approaches to living fully and happily.

I’m also the author of Joyful Living in 21 Days, a heartfelt guidebook filled with the experiences and wisdom I’ve gathered along the way. I truly believe that real joy comes from within, and only by tapping into this inner joy can we experience lasting happiness and peace. My teachings focus on mindful living, cherishing every moment as a precious gift, and nurturing our physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
Overcoming Challenges
Life’s hardships often spark our greatest growth. My journey has shown me this firsthand. Through personal struggles, I emerged stronger and more empathetic, which ultimately led me to yoga. Becoming a yoga instructor gave me powerful tools to support others on their wellness journeys.

By blending the practices of yoga, Ayurveda, working with mindset and emotions and energy healing, I help people find a sense of bliss and harmony, empowering them to live life to the fullest.
