About me

My work was not built from theory.
It was built from expansion — and collapse.

I started as a yoga teacher.
Deep in self-development, emotional awareness, mirroring patterns through clients, working through victimhood, overgiving, responsibility, and identity.

I immersed myself in growth.
Studied with teachers like Esther Hicks.
Became a certified Law of Attraction teacher.
Completed RYT500 yoga training.

Yoga strengthened me energetically.
It gave me discipline, awareness, and inner grounding.

Then I invested €12,000 in mentorship and scaled my business to €100,000 per year.

I thought mindset was the ceiling.
So I worked on that too.

Later, I entered high-level business programs and activated a million-euro vision.

And everything collapsed.

Not because I wasn’t capable.
Not because I lacked strategy.
But because my internal capacity couldn’t safely hold that level of expansion.

That collapse changed my work forever.

Thanks to the years of embodiment, yoga, and deep inner work, I didn’t stay down.
I integrated.
I studied regulation, energy, leadership pressure, and what truly sustains growth.

And I saw something clearly:

There is no scaling without capacity.
There is no sustainable expansion without a nervous system that can hold it.
There is no aligned identity without internal stability.

Mindset alone is not enough.
Energy work alone is not enough.
Strategy alone is not enough.

If your body cannot safely hold visibility, income, responsibility, and power — growth will always come in waves.

Today, I work with ambitious women who feel the ceiling of their expansion.

Women who are driven.
Who have already invested in themselves.
Who have done the mindset work.

But who are ready to increase their capacity so their next level does not collapse.

Because when capacity expands:

• Leadership stabilizes.
• Income becomes consistent.
• Visibility feels safe.
• Identity aligns with reality.

You don’t need to push harder.
