Hi, I’m Zuz Kay (Zuzana K.) — your guide on this restorative journey.
I’m a certified yoga teacher (RYT500, Yoga Alliance), life and happiness mentor, and the author of Joyful Living in 21 Days and the Queen Energy Planner Series. I teach yoga in my studio and support clients online across the world through holistic programs, retreats, and personalized mentoring.
