I am very glad that I can practice with you. It doesn't always work out because "the yard and work around the house" but I try...  now the garden is winterized and I can exercise every day in the winter. Well, I simply can't live without YOU. 

You help me a lot and I am very grateful for that...

Hello Zuzanka, first of all I wish you a happy new year, in health, happiness, well-being, full of new ideas, stays with smart people who are passionate about yoga 
My desire was to practice yoga (I started practicing at 52) 

Thanks for being able to start practicing with you and getting to know yoga, to help myself with my physical and mental health. Last year, at the age of 55, I started going to school (I should have finished my studies at 57). I work 12 hours per day and nights, holidays and non-holidays (I work in a facility for the elderly), but I don't complain. I welcomed the New Year at night shift. 

I'm grateful that I'm at the stage where I miss exercise.

Dear Zuzka, I am very glad that I could be a part of your course. I learned new things that will move me forward again. The course and content are great, the lecturer is top, I think that both practical and theoretical information will help us in further development....
